Guests –

  • Andy Williamson in regards to 1740 Sportman Club Road / Charlie’s Apples, and the petition to Reduce the Speed Limit. He also had questions regarding Zoning in our Township and Shared Driveways.
  • Brandon Atherton in regards to 6895 North Street. The real estate agent shared that everything was approved through the county, but not the Township.  He is here to inquire about where things are.
  • Dannette shared that our legal council Peter Griggs is sending written communication to the Ronks and that we cannot communicate about it any further at this time.
  • Derek Simon just came to observe.
  1. Township Roads Report – Bradd
  • Grading of all gravel roads is going to be done. He is working through and attempting to fix potholes. Frost is still coming out which has caused quick pumping and poor conditions.
  • Trustee Wintermute reached out to Smalls to estimate 1.25 inches of hot mix for Dry Creek from Maxwell bridge to 661, and tilling up Riley from our beginning to Reynolds Road, and finally a double-chip as we did on middle Lafayette.
  • Trustee Wintermute also talked to Smalls about a new cold mix which is too expensive. Jerry has another option that he will order from Hei-Way Cold Mix.
  • Bradd has closed Hankinson Hill with police tape for the winter only.
  • Also, the ceiling is coming along in the building. Think they will possibly be done Tuesday or Wednesday.
