They have been plowing snow.  Replaced hydraulic hose on the backhoe.  Salt spreader on big truck had a bad connector, but he fixed it with new parts.

Discussed work done so far on roads during snow plowing.

Bradd had questions regarding the truck we are trading in.  He suggested keeping the Freightliner we had planned to trade in.  He provided many reasons why we could use a second truck.  He thinks it would help us save maintenance on the F550 as well, and eliminate its use on snow plowing.

Discussed potential Comp time in lieu of overtime.  Further discussion is needed.
