So far The McKean Township Trustees met in regular session March 9, 2020 with Trustees Wintermute, Schwartzenberger, and Fiscal Officer answering roll call. Trustee McInturff called in sick. After the pledge to the flag, the trustees noted there were no visitors for the evening and moved onto zoning.

ZONING REPORT-Stan had given out his monthly report to all trustees. He also stated the zoning commission will try to hold a group meeting sometime in April. The property next to the cemetery is still in process of getting the survey approved.

REPORTS-Dudley Wright, fire chief for Monroe Township Fire sent in the report showing 7 runs into the township for the year so far. The trustees reviewed their monthly balance reports and motion by Trustee Wintermute, seconded Trustee Schwartzenberger, all agreed to accept as presented.

ROAD SUPERVISOR-Terry said they had all of the roads graded but Phillips. The rain has made a mess of the roads throughout our township and most of all of the townships. The best of the cemetery fence has been taken in for repair and painting. The trustees agreed to have him contact a business to put in the holes for the fence when we receive the finished fence back.

NEW BUSINESS-Trustee Wintermute motioned to pay all the bills, seconded Trustee Schwartzenberger, all agreed. Motion by Trustee Wintermute, seconded Trustee Schwartzenberger, all agreed to approve the road mileage of 25.895 that we maintain and approve the appropriations for the year as presented. The fiscal officer presented the loan paper showing we will have the one loan for the township roads paid off in 2 months. After some discussion about the conditions of the roads, motion to adjourn by Trustee Wintermute, all agreed.
