The McKean Township Trustees met in regular session November 9, 2020 with Trustees Wintermute, McInturff, Schwartzenberger, and Fiscal Officer Ellas answering roll call. The group was then led in the pledge to the flag. Audience-John Hower-Rinehart-Walters-Danner Insurance representative for the township was present with the 2021 policy billing. Our premium billing with discount will be $4536. 00 for 2021 for equipment, building, and liability. The Trustees thanked John for stopping into their meeting. Zoning-The zoning inspector stated he had several calls for the month and one property building without permits. Reports-The trustees reviewed their reports for the month. Motion by Trustee McInturff, seconded Trustee Schwartzenberger, all agreed to approve the bills along with the monthly reports. Road Supervisor-Terry discussed continued work to be done with the cemetery pillars for the fence. Trustee Schwartzenberger agreed to meet with him Tuesday morning. The Trustees then discussed the maintenance that was performed on the truck. It is now completely done. They have been patching the roads. New Business-Motion by Trustee McInturff, Seconded Trustee Wintermute, all agreed to pay all of the bills for the month. Terry will forward the towing bill to the fiscal officer. After much discussion as to road conditions and being ready for the winter months, motion to adjourn by Trustee McInturff, Seconded Trustee Wintermute, all agreed.
