Dannette McInturff called to order the regular meeting of the McKean Township at 7:00pm on Monday, September 12. The following members were present: Trustee Jerry Schwartzenberger, Trustee Dannette McInturff, Trustee Jeff Wintermute, Fiscal Officer Lindsey Hoskinson, Maintenance Supervisor Bradd Bruce, Zoning Inspector Larry Hansel, Assistant Bev Hansel Guests: Joy Smith – 7621 North Street. Moving shed from one side of the property to another. Concerned she needed permits. Larry informed her she does not need one since it is not attached to the ground. Reports and Old Business Road Supervisor Report Discussion around requirements for size of digging space for graves for Bradd Gave report on various road work. Started re-ditching Riley Road. Culverts and maintenance being completed. Jeff and Dannette reviewed road work with Bradd and gave recommendation for culverts and ditch work, especially with regards to Riley Road. Zoning Inspector Report Larry provided a Zoning Report which will be on file at the township building. Additional questions regarding zoning applications and letters he needs to send to residents. Fiscal Officer Report Provided last months’ reconciled bank statements, bills paid since last meeting, and credit card statement with receipts. New bills provided for review to be paid at tonight’s meeting including Fire and EMS. ACH delayed by one day due to transfer to new system. Trustees, Fiscal Officer, and Zoning Inspector will receive paychecks 9/13/22. Motion made to accept these financials, bills paid and provided at meeting tonight, and payroll made by Dannette McInturff and seconded by Jerry Schwartzenberger. Resolution to Amend Appropriations signed for Tax Collection Fees. Resolution for reduced Speed Limit on Liberty Church Road presented. Resolution for Tax Levies presented and signed by Trustees. Audit contract signed. Trustee Reports Police report was filed for the batteries stolen from the Road grader. Discussed the purchase of security cameras. Jerry moved to approve the prior months minutes and Jeff seconded.
